You can access detailed information of any order on your PrintHolo account by clicking its ID. It provides you with a detailed history of every item and its tracking status, starting from “Order created” to “Delivered”. There is all you need to keep track of your orders.
If you want to check the status of your orders, please check your order details for the tracking number.
Tracking numbers can take 4-5 hours to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our customer service.
For 3D items, Quilt, Blanket and Carpet can take longer to be available for checking.
