Tracking shows the package was delivered, but the customer claims they haven't yet to receive it?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We won’t offer an exchange for orders delivery for over 1 month. For exchange, you don’t need to return the item for us.
